Studio and Location Description

This studio-apartment is situated in one of the small streets, just off the bottom of 'Las Ramblas' (2 mins walk away), which makes it a stone's throw from The port Mare Magnum and the Museum of the Sea. Metro Station Drassanes (Green Line / Number 3) is also extremely close. Number 59 bus on the Ramblas takes 5 mins to get to The beaches of Barceloneta or if you prefer, just a 15 minute stroll. The location is very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle, and the traffic noise of the Ramblas, but yet with a multiplicity of restaurants, bars, open air cafés, newspaper kiosks and shops all very close.

In addition the studio-apartment opens onto a quiet patio area in the interior, thus avoiding any possible street noise. It is on the second floor of a modern building with a lift and has it's own entrance onto the general corridor of the building. It is a studio apartment in open-plan style with the bedroom, dining facilities and kitchen all in one open space.

The decoration and facilities are approximately equivalent to 3 star hotel standard. Additional features are access to the sun terrace on the roof, and the spacious lift which makes the apartment suitable for a person in a wheelchair. (There is a small step at the front door of the building, so it would be better if the person in the wheelchair was accompanied). 5 mins walk from the apartment is the Metro Station Paral.lel (Lines 3 and 2) which has facilities for wheelchair access.

Special Conditions

Minimum stay 3 nights.
The same price for one or two occupants. A supplement is payable for a third person, except in the case of a child under 2 years old. A cot can be provided if requested.
